Wherever you find yourself, you can do the next best thing. You can let go of what's weighing you down. The world is the greatest beneficiary of your care and attention to it.  

Slow down and grab a blood orange or two to make this spicy high vibe shot:

2 inch piece of ginger, peeled 

1/2-1 tsp ground turmeric

1 blood orange, peeled

8 oz water  

Blend until smooth, divide into 2 oz portions or if you're feeling brave go for the whole. A little goes a long way with this anti-inflammatory powerhouse.
