I believe we should not own anything unless it is useful or beautiful. Thankful to have come across some inexpensive Italian jars today that are a little of both. Canning perfection.
Pack them with oats. Water and cucumber. Your leftovers. Flowers. Or compost, if you want to scare your conservative guests away...otherwise compost is always safe to keep it on the porch.
Life is far too interesting to keep hidden away in cabinets.
