Join us in the kitchen to create vegan sauces, dressings, and spreads. This hands-on class will prepare lemon turmeric vinaigrette, spicy Thai almond sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and dates, maple chipotle dressing, curried sweet potato hummus, basic basil pesto, cashew Alfredo, walnut parmesan, and raw avocado mayonnaise. Prepare to dip, mix, and taste :)
